LLC CHETA produces DPP in modular building (E-house) both for operation as a part of modular packaged power supply unit as well as for independent operation, as a spare or main source of power supply.

Power range: 50 ~ 1600 kW. Degree of automation (according to GOST R 55006-2012) up to 4. Cummins, Mitsubishi, Caterpillar, MTU, Volvo, Yaroslavl Motor Plant, Mari Machinery Plant, etc. products are used as power plants. The main brands of generators are Stamford and Leroy Somer. It is possible to use generators of other brands at the request of the customer.

DPP auxiliaries include:

• automatic fire extinguishing systems;
• fire and security automation and alarm systems;
• permanent and forced ventilation in standby and active modes;
• heating system;
• monitoring the concentration of highly inflammable liquid vapors inside DPP;
• main and emergency lighting system;
• exhaust and noise reduction system;
• fuel and oil vapor ventilation system (if there are built-in tanks);
• fuel system;
• automatic charger;
• generator circuit breaker;
• EC&I equipment.

Depending on the degree of automation and the Customer's request, the following additional systems can be installed:

• remote monitoring and control;
• automatic and manual refueling from an external tank;
• oil level control in DPP crankcase with automatic oil refill from the lube oil distribution tank;
• synchronization and working in parallel with the network and other DPPs;
• autonomous heating system using diesel fuel;
• personal protective equipment (PPE) and inventory stand.

Production of DPP inside modular building allows to minimize installation on site, since all engineering systems of life support and DPP safety are supplied mounted and adjusted from the factory. DPP passes a full cycle of inspections and tests at the factory for ensured trouble-free operation. The design potential of CHETA LLC allows to meet the Customer's requirements in the full extent not only in terms of generating electric energy, but also integrating DPP into a single power supply system of the enterprise with the possibility of remote management and monitoring systems and parameters of DPP.

Supply of DPP as part of a packaged supply of CHETA's equipment allows to avoid problems with interconnectivity and integration of equipment of various suppliers, reduces the time for supervision and commissioning at the Customer's facility.
