Design and supply of industrial electric heating systems for pipelines is a new and promising activity area of CHETA LLC.

Design and supply of industrial electric heating systems for pipelines of CHETA LLC is based on cooperation with the largest manufacturers of heating cables and control and monitoring devices.

Industrial electric heating systems for pipelines of CHETA LLC (hereinafter referred to as Electric heating Systems) are designed for:

  • protection of the product from freezing in the pipelines. Freeze-proofing electric heating system ensures that the temperature of the heated object will never fall below the minimum permissible temperature. Freezing of the product in the line can stop the production process and cause irreparable damage to the pipeline system.
  • maintaining the process temperature. Electric heating systems that keep the process temperature, for example, to maintain the fluidity of viscous liquid and ensure an efficient production process.
  • for warming up. Electric heating systems are used for initial heating of equipment, example, when starting a reactor, where heating time is limited.

CHETA LLC offers industrial heating systems for pipelines performed on the basis of:

1. Cable systems of electric heating «CHETA-Therm»:

  • self-regulating heating cables;
  • heating cables with a reduced power output of heating;
  • heating cables with a constant heating power of the parallel type;
  • heating cables with a constant heating power of the sequential type with polymer insulation;
  • heating cables with mineral insulation.

2. Induction-resistive heating systems (skin systems) «CHETA-Skin», based on the use of the skin effect - for heating long (up to 15 km) pipelines.
